Went in to have a flat tire plugged. They were very friendly, quick and efficient. A client in the waiting room told me how honest and reasonable they were.,I later heard one of the servicemen tell someone who wanted 4 tires, “You only need two- the other two are fine. Wow!! The waiting room is like a mini museum as the owner is a proud member of the Oneida branch of the Iroquois nation! Overall , very worthwhile experience!

Far from home our SUV developed a wicked vibration like the tires suddenly went out of balance. We had picked up road mud inside the wheels from the dirt road we traveled for our lodging in the Green Mountains. The guys at Hoosick Tire in Hoosick Falls treated us like old friends to get us back on the road. They pulled all 4 wheels, cleared the mud, balanced the set and had us back on the road to Maryland in no time at a very reasonable cost. Thanks fellas! John and Jen
